In a search of the ways how to help myself to correct scoliosis, an eating disorder and poor posture, I began my wellness journey.
In my extensive fitness career, I have taught various classes, including gentle and therapeutic yoga, Pilates, self healing, trigger point and fascial rebalancing massage techniques, core, strength, chi gong, Taekwondo and dance.
