What makes you look older or younger than anything else? No, it is not wrinkles. It’s your posture.
You can exercise, eat well, care for your skin, yet nothing will affect the way you feel, see yourself and the world sees you as your posture.
Posture’s balancing act will affect your whole image, including your jaw line and facial profile. The posture affects not only your physical, yet also your psychological states and it determines how efficiently functions your immune, digestive and all other bodily systems. Literally, your appearance, attitude and health depend on your posture!!!
But this is what’s confusing about posture. Most of the information that there is available about posture actually works against you.
The posture habits that makes people look older than they are is forward head posture combined with rounded shoulders.
